The clash of the reptiles

A thirteen foot python tried to swallow a 6 foot alligator. But the Python exploded when the alligator was trying to eat it's way out. This is in Florida. This is apparently the fourth time, this has happened. People dump their pythons in the everglades when they get too big, or for any other reason. They thrive in this tropical environment.
Neither survived the ordeal.
