Looks to me that if everyone is to be covered on the health care plan their is limitations on what you can do according to what plan you are in.
Looks like Roe vs Wade is being challenged here with this statement.

All the opponents of democratic candidates should be running with this against their opponents. This should be a big campaign issue.
