You know about the oil still remaining to be cleaned up. What is going to happen is that a whole bunch of cod are going to find those specks of oil and tar balls. The cod are going to consume that oil. They love the oil as a food.
Where do you think you get cod liver OIL from. Cod consume oil and the oil is processed in the liver creating the highly potent ingredient that is bottled for human consumption.

What also has been happening unbeknown to the public is that BP has a large pod of trained dolphins that collect the oil and take it to container ships. That is why they can not figure out where the oil went.

Maybe if they moved the ROV to the original leak and stopped looping the video they'd find the oil they are looking for. Or better yet just get a satellite image of the region.

Saw a funny video clip of a BP-paid-for scientist who claimed that the dispersant, Corexit 9500, was ten times safer than dish detergent. Funny thing is he was wearing heavy duty rubber gloves just to handle the beaker! If it was 10 times safer than dish detergent why all the precautions? If we were teaching a child that something is safe to eat, we would take a bite of it ourselves, wouldn't we?

Seems as Corexit components make it through the food chain, we'll all be taking a bite.
