Things to look for in the Popup info.

Published:

You may have noticed that some of the lines have a nul or empty set in the selection.

They look like this: (1 4 9)-()-(3 8), the () is a nul or empty set.

It means you’ll have to insert your own guess or you’ll have to mix and match with the other sets in that particular Popup information.

Also, you might want to consider the Box play option when looking for winning combos.

Yes, a straight win would be nice, but sometimes the lesser win is good too.

As an example for today’s drawings, we can look at Maryland’s Midday Pick 3.

The Popup had a Once selection of (1 5)-(0 1 4 8)-(0 5 6 7) and the numbers drawn were 5-6-4.

As we can see, all the numbers appear in all the positions, (1 5)-(0 1 4 8)-(0 5 6 7).

This means that if all the combinations are derived, there is at least one that contains the Box win.

Also, each of the winning numbers must be separated in the popup info in order for this to work.

For instance, if the first set (1 5) were (1 4), then the list of possible combinations will not have the winning combo.

In this case, all 32 possible combinations are as follows:

01 1-0-0

02 1-0-5

03 1-0-6

04 1-0-7

05 1-1-0

06 1-1-5

07 1-1-6

08 1-1-7

09 1-4-0

10 1-4-5

11 1-4-6

12 1-4-7

13 1-8-0

14 1-8-5

15 1-8-6

16 1-8-7

17 5-0-0

18 5-0-5

19 5-0-6

20 5-0-7

21 5-1-0

22 5-1-5

23 5-1-6

24 5-1-7

25 5-4-0

26 5-4-5

28 5-4-7

29 5-8-0

30 5-8-5
