I have no way of knowing if the author's financial charts and estimates are correct. However, I do know that his understanding of the GOP and conservatives in general -- as well as the mood of the country -- is fundamentally flawed and in some cases just plain backwards.

The only "Fascism" happening in this country is that of the Obama administration, which is trying to FORCE all Americans into its radical philosophy. Conservative groups carrying protest signs against runaway spending and this failed administration are not engaged in "hate speak" and they are certainly not fascists.

The problem is that the author obviously views the world from a progressive or liberal perspective -- or perhaps from a very left-leaning libertarian perspective. The utter disdain for the Bush administration, and the mis-placed attacks on it for spending increases kicked off by the Democrat-controlled congress are the tip-offs. His attacks on the Tea Party movement are extremely off-base and lacking in understanding, so I'm thinking he couldn't possibly be a libertarian.

Whatever the guy is, his politics stink to high heaven.
