I had a flood too in my Basement the Carpet got so wet we had to take it up. Plus my Lanlord got to Plumber to come out and we can't wash or nothing untill they get things right. That was last year when we had tons of rain.

This year is a complete 180, very little rain.

Should be a nice winter here too this year, 2011-12.
