Nice. Lot's of timber. Do you have a source of water there?

There a lot of lakes near by, but onsite for the lot it would be a well. Also, there many other homes in the area near there. At some point we have to get a Prec and Soil Test done before can even build. For now we can use it as a camp site and could put up a Shed before we build. Something to house a boat or a pontoon; may be some other recreation equipment. It's zoned forestry with year round housing.

We have another video that shows more of the property. We're done editing it and are up loading it now, but we'll post it later today. It of us out on the second day after we made the offer on it. We were pretty much guaranteed to get it because we were paying full price and paid in full. It was a real good deal, only $27,900.00 for the 7.44 Acres.
