When they talk about this legislation they only say what they want to tell you. Where are all these children getting their nutritional needs now.

You ought to read this bill. In my opinion it is a large gov't bureaucracy being created. It appears to me not to be an equal bill to all the school districts. Seems to place a lot of emphasis on the income of the area of the school district. All people have the possibility of becoming overweight no matter what income level.

a summary of the bill.

When I was a kid we brought our lunch to school. The school did not feed us. Nobody went hungry.

I get up every morning and make breakfast for my son then I pack his lunch, what happened to being a resposible parent. Now my tax dollars get to feed kids who parents don't want to take the time...I work also 38 hours a week thats close to full time, so I don't want to hear the I don't have time excuse,
