Seems like an awful lot of comments made about the constitution being worth the paper it is written on lately. By elected officals and citizens of a like mind.

Don't count on the Constitution for your rights. Research on the subject will make you aware of why they consider it a useless piece of paper. Technically, it IS a useless piece of paper. (Don't shoot the messenger, it's the truth.)

We must concentrate on Common Law. Common Law assures us of our un-a-lien-able rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. They have ensnared us with Equity Law by claiming Title to us (Birth Certificate) and therefore we are chattel that can be regulated and controlled.

Regain title to your name and you can be protected by Common Law. The first step is to create a Common Law Copyright of all versions of your name in CAPITAL LETTERS. With a copyright you can't claim back your Birth Certificate (they own it) but you are lawfully entitled to the registration form that created the Birth Certificate in the first place!
