We had a choice, spend the new money we came in to last November on material junk that won't appreciate in value or invest it in to something that does.

We choose the latter, INVEST, stocks and real estate (land).

The land was a real smart investment and there's lots of hidden value in all that timber. That right there covers any possible losses elsewhere.

Yep, and it's our bigest investment relative to the stock investments.
