If the Federal government can force you or me or your neighbor to buy health insurance, they can force you do to anything. They can force you to eat only certain foods at certain times. They can force you to buy a gun. They can force you to buy a GM car. They can force you to give your home away to an illegal immigrant. But let's get back to food.

They can craft a regulation which, if not followed, will result in you being denied health care. Here's how. If you do not eat according to their plan then any illness you encounter will be all your fault and treatment will be denied. Even should you be wealthy and could afford to pay for all treatments, you will be denied availability because you did not follow their guidelines. You will be required to keep all grocery receipts to prove that you followed their guidelines.
In addition to proving you are worthy of treatment, how you voted in the last election will also determine your level of treatment. Vote wrong and you will be given an aspirin and told to come back in a month.
