Well there is some exceptions...That was for the healthy people...But if you take medication or you are disabled, like a stroke, missing a leg, or you are elderly how much you eat will not cut it, exercise will/should...yeah is what you eat yeah but in your case you need exercise too...We should all try to exercise but what i am saying or what i was trying to say is that your body is made out of cells, is the cell world that rules your body not you...just that your case is special...

do you know one reason why we need to exercise, is not the primary or secondary or fith reason why we need to exercise is not even in the top, 50 or 100 reasons why you need to exercise....Why???YOUR LUNGS, to exercise them/massage them/stimulate them...If you havent noticed there is no pill/medication for your lungs, yet it works 24/7, 365...

the word cardio is not just your heart it involves, YOUR LUNGS ALSO....the first thing you think is heart but is not just the heart alone...

you know why i am against eating red meat and the difference between red meat and chicken??? BECAUSE ONE IS LED/LEAD THE OTHER IS COPPER/ALUMINUM....LOOK AT THE WEIGHT/MASS...i dont know i am saying this...If meat is like LED it will take the body longer to break down, so then you come and eat again and again ontop of that...

Another reason why i say is nutrition more than exercise...have you see a car oil you know as in oil change or the type of gasoline that you use, high octane, lower octane, use the nasty one and little by little your car start coughing, you can make it run but what will happen....same is with what you eat...

ON ANOTHER NOTE:

ALSO, ANYONE, ANY RICH PERSON WHO WANTS TO THROW AWAY MONEY, CAN CREATE AN ELDERELY COMPETITION OR AN ELDERLY PRISON FOR THE ELDERLY TO LOSE WEIGHT OR STAY FIT...LIKE PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LIFE EXTENSION STUDIES/EXPERIMENTS, CAN DO THIS....

YOU CAN create a game 4 states Pick2 or regional Pick2 or another type of game that gives away baby cribs or help to mothers for infants or give milk for babies...refrigerators and food too i heard is a big problem in the east/far east...

how i did or do the things i do??? i drink a herb drink [not alcohol], it soothes you, it relaxes you is not marihuana it feels like a massage after i drink it i feel like, OHHHH YEEEAHH and it makes you want to help i think it makes me more creative i think it makes you more creative...you feel like that for several hours...that´s how i came up with all i did....the herb drink is native of one region is not very popular....
