Just a note on what regulations cost. My electrical rate has gone up 10% within the past year. I received a notice earlier most of the increase was due to new regulations.

Congress is working on fixing who regulates with bi-partisan support I might add.

Interesting. I think the EPA, and other federal agencies have way too much power. And of course - I don't believe in heavy government regulations on the economy, but at least leaving things like this up to Congress means that the people making the decisions are accountable.... unlike most leaders of agencies who are appointed or stay in their position for long periods of time with no way for us (citizens) to kick 'em out.

congress also needs to make sure they don't render themselves completly useless.
don't need a dictatorship.
