What would happen if a house size or little bigger meteor hit Earth?

Been having this thought come up more and more.

Maybe we should study Meteor Crater in Arizona a Liiittle bit more.

Or SURPRISE!!! BOOM!!

We wouldn't be so sure of early detection either... 'member the two meteors that were discovered only days before they wizzed by Earth.

Interesting, I think it would make a earthquake look small and meaningless.

Probably take the focus of the political scene. At least a couple days.
