With no tax though, we’ll have to make some very important changes. So, have your credit card, debit card, or bank account number ready; sorry no C.O.D.’s and absolutely no Tabs, Bills, Credit Accounts. You will Pay As You Go.

1. When you call 911, you’ll be required to pay your bill before any Officer, Fire Fighter, and/or Medical Technician will show up at your location of Emergency.
2. Every Home and Business will have Toll Booths installed at the end of every driveway. Anyone that needs to use the Republic Roadway System for any reason will have to swipe their Driver’s License to access the roadway. All Driver’s License will be linked to a Bank Account and will be granted access pending prepayment of use. All activity will be recorded on your Driver’s License and anyone found using the Republic Roadway System without payment will incarcerated for 30 days, no exceptions.
3. All school systems and garbage disposals will be privatized.
4. There will be no more Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. Old people will have to rely on their children for any support for both medical and non-medical needs. If you’re sick, either die or get well, and hope you have good insurance. Young people either have the appropriate vaccinations or are genetically sound or die. Nature will fix the rest.
5. The Military will have to go House-to-House asking for donations or sell Military Cookies to fund their activities. They take valid Credit or Debit Cards, sorry no checks.
6. All Space institutions and Research facilities will hold annual fund raisers like PBS and Jerry Lewis. No checks.
7. Every sewer line leaving a house or business will have an automated shutoff valve. To open the valve for a limited time the owner will have to swipe a Credit or Debit Card and pay a fee for use.
8. A similar valve feature will be installed on all water lines going in to every home and business and will be required to pay a fee for every use with a Credit or Debit Card.
9. Before you can talk to any Government official, you will be required to pay a fee before the visitation.
10. All subsidies are gone. It will be survival of the Greedy Glutton Go Getter, anyone that can’t make it on their own will perish.
11. Anything not mentioned here will be on a pay as you go system. So Have Your Credit or Debit Card READY! Or better yet, let’s just mark your arm or forehead with an implanted RFID tag that is linked to your bank account to make things easier.
