A country can only run so long on borrowed money. The US may soon be told how we should run our country by our creditors. Just like the US informs other nations how they should run their country that accept foriegn aid from us. The only difference is foriegn aid is free money to other countries that need not repay it.
The united States could also be divided up into smaller nations for all I know.
