Where are the jobs
Published:
Just like I said in a comment last night in trusees blog. The jobs are tied up in regulations that are set in place by the different agencies & depts in gov't. The president has the authority to set aside regulations that do not require a vote by congress. Most of these regulations were not voted on in congress but apparently the power was given to gov't agencies to regulate and set in place regulations.
Anyone ever hear of executive order. Once signed by the president it is law.

For anyone interested.

The trouble with Executive Orders lies in the fact the employees of those agencies usually take these orders with them when they go out into the field. The government official then intimidates the ordinary citizen into following the new Order. This is what must cease.
