First President to Bypass Congress and Implement the DREAM Act Through Executive Fiat: Last Friday (see anything in the news?)

I did not see it until now.

First president worse than Jimmy Carter.

Where's Miss Black?? She is usually the first one to defend her president. I think she does a word search for "Obama" every few minutes!

There comes a time when you can't defend the indefensible anymore.

I think that is what has happened, Jarasan. I haven't seen her in some time.

The presidents on both sides don't have any control. The elite tell them what to do. But If you want to play the blame game, Bush wasn't an angel either.

1. cronyism, incompetence, partisan. Allowed critical federal agencies to be headed as payback to political favors - like appointing an attorney from a horse association to head up FEMA.

2. assumed that there would be weapons of mass destruction, when in fact had he bothered to look into it, he could have learned that there weren't any left - they got used up in the 8 year war with iran. When he did finally realize this, he followed a very negative instinct which was to lie about it and try over and over in a downward spiral to justify the horrible decision to go to war in iraq by linking it with the 9/11 attacks. By invading iraq he assured two things:
that we wouldn't spend all of the nations efforts in getting some real payback for the 9/11 attacks - letting the guilty parties get away scott-free.
and that we would invade a very unstable part of the world with no real plan of how to secure that nation let alone how we would ever get out, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of iraqi civilians who would die and thousands of american troops who would die. Bush white house authorized the illegal torture - the purpose of which was to try to create a link between iraq and the 9/11 attacks - again, letting the real criminals get away while we sunk lower and lower in order to try to give the impression of a real threat that never existed. The level of dishonesty reflected in this thought process is not something that i could ever support and not something that i ever want to see repeated by an american.

3. He did nothing except waste trillions in taxpayer money on an illegal war in Iraq and passed legislation that siphoned a budget surplus he inherited that could have helped to pay down the record deficits he created by providing tax relief for the wealthiest Americans. He passed NO laws to regulate a "free market" which, though enormous greed, turned into a "free-for-all" market.

6. started two wars and looked like he wanted them to go on forever...not taking decisive action towards ending them.

7. Trade policy...he wanted to sign free trade agreements with every 3rd world country that he could find where american companies could outsource american jobs. While in India,,,he said "americans should embrace the outsourcing of their jobs to india". While in Vietnam..he told them "dont worry, I will still be sending good american jobs over here".

9. 9/11 occurred under his watch....and he was warned specifically of an attack a month before it happened.....and he told the people warning him...there were just covering their butts.

10. Spying on citizens...without warrants...bypassing the FISA courts established speficifically by the law.

15.Bush stole the election, but now there are actual documentaries.The vote in Florida was so close that it took a month to declare a winner. Before Florida was declared, Gore led in the Electoral College with 266 votes to Bush’s 246 votes. When Bush was declared the winner of Florida by 537 votes, he picked up 25 Electoral College votes which gave him the Presidency.
But Bush only won Florida because of poorly designed butterfly ballots that stole votes from Gore, and because his Florida campaign manager Republican Secretary of State Kathleen Harris and Governor Jeb Bush illegally removed 57,700 voters from the rolls. It is estimated that 90% of them were Democratic. So this represent thousands of votes stolen from Al Gore. If this crime had not been commited then Gore would be President.

The approval of the Patriot Act and its effects on our democratic system, including the creation of the all-encompassing Department of Homeland Security, illegal wiretapping and domestic spying, the firing of U.S. Attorneys, Dick Cheney’s Energy Task Force, creation of a police state and an atmosphere of overall paranoia and so forth, and so on.

INEPT attempts at nation building, which of course – besides the actual conquest of Iraq – have caused the longest-lasting war in U.S. history and have cost the lives of approximately one million men, women and children and over 4,000 American soldiers, with tens of thousands of young men and women being crippled for life.

18. The deregulation of all kinds of industries, including the airlines and of course, the financial (read: debt repackaging mills) sector

19. After 9/11 and Afghanistan, Bush told us we needed to attack Iraq because they were about to attack us with a variety of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), including nuclear bombs. Then he said Iraq helped al Qaeda in the 9/11 attack. Then he said Iraq was harboring terrorists, and needed to be attacked as part of the war on terrorism. On the day we actually attacked Iraq, there was no verified evidence in hand that any of these things were true.

He later cited many other problems in Iraq that are also the same problems as in a dozen other countries around the world (e.g. brutal leaders or no democracy), but which countries we do not attack.

But, there was ample proof before the attack that Iraq had no WMD since 1991 (corroborated evidence from 33 different sources, including Iraq’s Foreign Minister and Chief of Intelligence), no Iraq connection to 9/11, and no Iraq terrorists prior to Bush’s attack. All 33 sources told exactly the same story, and they were all later confirmed to be telling the truth.

There is solid eyewitnessed evidence (see below) that Bush was personally briefed on the true WMD facts before his attack, and in Dec. 2008 Bush admitted in TV interviews that there was “never” any evidence of any Iraq/9/11 connection, nor was there “ever” any evidence that there were any al Qaeda terrorists in Iraq before the attack, and then he commented “(But) so what?” NONE of his stated excuses for attacking Iraq were true — that is the “so what”!

We also have proof that hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis were killed in Bush’s bombing attack, their country destroyed, and that 4,200 American soldiers are dead. We also have evidence that Bush’s attack killed more Iraqis and Americans then Saddam Hussein was ever accused of killing.

The big question is what was behind Bush’s attack on Iraq?

In 2005 six different well known and highly respected authors (and 3 more books in 2008: from 8 different authors in all) independently published books on the results of their extensively researched facts about how we got into the Iraq war. Their quoted eye-witnesses provided documented evidence, in minute detail, that Bush, Cheney, Tenet, and others had manipulated the available intelligence and lied about all of their claims that Iraq was an imminent threat to the US and had WMD that they planned to use against us.

Their facts (see below) document the neo-conservative’s (neocon’s) 1996 initial plan (Clean Break) to conduct an unprovoked attack on Iraq, including (in 1996!) a phony pretext cover up story for public consumption that Iraq posed a dangerous threat with its (non-existent) WMD, complete with suggested press releases from the President about the phony threat. That same plan included 1) a new policy of preemptive attacks, and 2) getting the US

There is only one president now and unfortunately it is GANGSTAPUPPETOTUSPOS aka Barack Hussein Obama. And right now we are being $crewed beyond repair,   think in the present and look to the future. It is a fact, if this jacka$$ gets re-elected there won't be any independently owned taxi cabs in the USA.

We may be getting screwed, but it's not by the presidents. More evil and powerful entities set the stage a long time ago for what's happening and will happen in the future. Once you left/right junkies get over playing the blame game, which is what they want you to do, then you'll realize it's not a conspiracy, it's a FACT. It's not that far-fetched anymore. The pieces are falling together left and right...(.no pun intended)...

No left/right junkies here. It is much simpler than that. The freedom to pursue happiness, simple as that. Less govt., less taxes, less regulations, less oppression. I don't give a foick if it is the NWO, repubics, lefties, dumbocrats, or the Feds stay the foick out of my $h1t. The progressives are a disease, a parasitic infestation.

Europe for eg. is starting to wake up and the pieces you imagine are falling apart, they aren't coming together. The free ride and raping of the productive peoples is coming to an end.

The riots in UK are over, no class/race war.....................but reform will be coming, you know... a come to Jesus moment, a time for reflection, how did this happen??? If this had been 1939 and the Uk society was in the state of social disrepair it is in now,   Adolf could of had another axis buddy.

@ Jarasan, I would hope you care who's f***ing up our lives. It makes a big difference. The dynamics are dependant on it. Short of a revolution, there's not much you and I can do anything about it, but getting the word out about the true culprits is a start.

The revolution will be at the ballot box this coming election here in the US. The culprits are the progressives on both sides and they infest our govt. for 100+ years. Being progressive sounds super hip but it isn't, it is actually a twisted road to repression and we are on to their bu11$H1t, their nefarious hood winking of the people is coming to an end. The fed is coming to a head, the manipulation is coming to a capitulation, the rent is too dam high!
