6-Digit String

This is a string of 6 digits that have been hitting for quite some time.  At least one of the digits has hit.  For instance, as I write this GA Midday's 6-digit string is 1-2-5-6-7-9.  This string has had at least one of those digits hit in the last 56 draws.

One way to use this information is to realize that that string will "miss" sometime.  It may take a long time or maybe today!  So with that string the numbers that are not in it are 0-3-4-8.  You can wheel the 4 digits for a possible win when the 6-digit string "misses".  I call those 4 digits the 6-digit string breaker.

I have noticed that when the 6-digit string "breaks" or misses, what hits is a double many times.  That makes sense since it takes only 2 digits to break the string.

Like many other techniques, this is just another "tool" to use to try to get a winner.

Tic-Tac-Toe

I'm moving this up.

A TTT (Tic-Tac-Toe) is a square that I think most of us are familiar with.  Simple game of placing Xs and Os into a 3X3 square with the person getting 3 in a row becoming the winner (if they do!)

1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9

There are only 8 winners (3 horizonal, 3 vertical and 2 diagonal).

Here on LP a few people have been posting what they call "TTT", but it has a LOT more winners than 8!  Some will claim a "hit" if the 3 digits are anywhere in the square.  Well, with a possible 9 digits, they are covering 84 possible combos!

Some claim that the numbers must touch to qualify as a hit in the Puzzle or Box.  That is what I am currently using.  So, in the Puzzle/Box above, 156 qualifies.  What I like are the normal TTT 8 combos along with triangles like 153 in the above example.  539 would be another, etc.

There are a lot of ways to construct the square.  I'm not going to get into that right now.  There are plenty of examples on LP...do a search for "TTT".  The way I look at my boxes, is look at the square and see if one of  YOUR  favorites jumps out at you!

I'm hoping this helps.

How to play pairs

Until recently I didn't fully appreciate the value of pairs.  When I would stop posting pairs, I would get a flood of PMs and emails asking me to do the pairs again.  I couldn't understand why until a few people shared with me how they play them and make money.

All of us have favorite numbers like telephone area codes/prefixes, house number, license plate number, etc.  So when you look at pairs (mine or someone elses) see if any of them match your favorite number.  So for MI Midday you see that I have the pair 47.  One of your favorite numbers is 147.  You would play 147 417 and 471.  Bet those tickets straight/box (in MI they call it Two-Way).  All wagers I will talk about are done that way.

Playing as I just described will guarantee a win, IF your number hits.  You will have 3 2-way box hits @ $41 = $123 plus a straight @ $291 for a win of $414 on a $3 bet.

Lets say that you just really, really like that 47 pair and you think it will hit.  Then you play x47 4x7 and 47x where x=0-9.  If the 47 pair hits, you will have a winner.  You will have 3 box hits @ $41 = $123 plus the straight @ $291 for a total of $414 on a $30 bet.

There are other ways to play, of course.  If there is a digit that is way overdue, you could play all ten of my pairs and put the overdue digit with them.  Of course, the straight is not guaranteed, but is possible.

I know of at least 3 people that play my pairs by playing the 30 ticket method and they do very well.

I'm not saying that anyone needs to play my pairs, but now you know HOW to play them!

Obama's Defense of Gay Marriage

Obama’s Defense of Gay Marriage Over Rule of Law Challenged by Black Conservatives

For Release: February 24, 2011

Contact: David Almasi at (202) 543-4110 x11 or (703) 568-4727 or dalmasi@nationalcenter.org or Judy Kent at (703) 759-7476 or jkent@nationalcenter.org

Washington, D.C. -  Black conservatives with the Project 21 leadership network say President Obama's decision that the executive branch will no longer defend the Defense of Marriage Act because of its alleged unconstitutionality is unconstitutional in itself -- and point out that it sets a potentially dangerous precedent.

"At no time in the history of this nation has a president so openly shown such unabashed contempt for the Constitution and the rule of law," said Project 21's Jerome Hudson. "President Obama's decision to have the Justice Department ignore the Defense of Marriage Act removes all doubt that he has nothing less than a lack of respect and understanding for the founding principles of our nation. We are a nation of laws and not men."

On February 23, Attorney General Eric Holder released a statement announcing that the Obama Administration "will cease defense of Section 3" of the Defense of Marriage Act because Obama believes sexual orientation deserves "a more heightened standard of scrutiny" and that "[t]he President has concluded that Section 3 of DOMA, as applied to legally married same-sex couples, fails to meet that standard and is therefore unconstitutional." Congress, which passed the law in 2000 by a 342-67 vote in the House of Representatives and 85-14 vote in the Senate, still has the ability to legally defend the law. President Bill Clinton signed DOMA into law.

There are currently three major challenges to DOMA in the federal courts.

Project 21 Chairman Mychal Massie added: "The pure arrogance of this man is incredible. We see a sitting American president functioning as a monarch juxtaposed to an elected representative of the people. Obama privately decided that he didn't like DOMA and -- on the authority of his conscience and opinion alone -- saw fit to disregard legislation that was drafted, passed overwhelmingly and signed into law by a preceding president of his own party."

"If President Obama is concerned about the constitutionality of laws, he should start with his own health care plan which has been determined to be unconstitutional by 26 state attorneys general and ruled unconstitutional by two judges," noted Project 21's Lisa Fritsch. "President Obama -- though he acts as God -- does not have the judicial authority to make his opinion and political agenda lawful. His political agenda supersedes any regard for constitutional law, American values and recognition of true discrimination."

Project 21, a leading voice of black conservatives since 1992, is sponsored by the National Center for Public Policy Research (http://www.nationalcenter.org).

Sorry. This was a trick quiz. For all 10 of these the correct answer is the same
person. Each of these quotes comes directly from President Barack Obama.

And now you know why he takes his teleprompter with him everywhere he goes...even when talking to a 6th grade class!!!

I immediately thought of Dan Quayle as the one who might have uttered some of

these lines, and the reason is that the media had painted him as a pathetic dunce which he is not.

Similarly, the media has painted Obama as a brilliant orator, and obviously

he is not.

The moral of this piece is that perception is often wrong, quite wrong!

Thank God for the President!

The credit for writing this was given to an 82 yr old woman and gives a whole new slant on the amazing job Obama is doing.

That is right - I will say it - THANK GOD FOR THE PRESIDENT!  WHY?

1. He destroyed the Clinton Political Machine - Driving a stake thru the heart of Hillary's Presidential aspirations - something no Republican was ever able to do. Remember when a Hillary Presidency scared the daylights out of you!

2. He killed off the Kennedy Dynasty - No more Kennedy's trolling Washington looking for booze and women wanting rides home. American women and Freedom are safer tonight!

3. He is destroying the Democratic Party before our eyes!
Dennis Moore had never lost a race - quit
Evan Bayh had never lost a race - quit
Byron Dorgan - had never lost a race - quit
Harry Reid - Soon to be GONE
These are just a handful of the Democrats that whose political careers Obama has destroyed! By the end of 2010 dozens more will be!  In December of 2008 the Democrats were on the rise. In the last two election cycles they had picked up 14 senate seats and 52 house seats.
The press was touting the death of the Conservative Movement and the Republican Party.
In just one year, Obama put a stop to all of this and will probably give the house, if not the senate back to the Republicans.

4. He has completely exposed liberals and progressives for what they are. Every Generation seems to need to relearn the lesson on why they should never actually put liberals in charge. He is bringing home the lesson very well!
Liberals tax, borrow and spend - check
Liberals won't bring themselves to protect America - check
Liberals want to take over the economy - check
Liberals think they know what is best for everyone - check
Liberals aren't happy till they are running YOUR life - check

5. He has brought more Americans back to conservatism than anyone since Reagan. In One year he rejuvenated the Conservative  movement and brought out to the streets millions of Freedom Loving Americans. Name me one other time in your life that you saw your friends and neighbors this interested in taking back America !

6. His amazing leadership has sparked the greatest period of sales of firearms and ammunition this country has seen. Law abiding citizens have rallied and have provided a "stimulus" to the sporting goods field while other industries have failed, faded or moved off-shore!

7. In all honesty one year ago I was more afraid than I had ever been in my life. Not of the economy but of the direction our country was going. I thought Americans had forgotten what this country was all about. My neighbors, friends, strangers proved to me that my lack of confidence of the Greatness and Wisdom of the American people was flat out wrong.

8. When the American People wake up, no smooth talking teleprompter reader can fool them! Barak Obama woke up these Great Americans!

Again I to want say Thank you, Barak Obama! This is exactly the kind of hope and change we desperately needed.

Devout Muslim Appointed

Well, boys and girls, today we are letting the fox guard the hen house. The wolves will be herding the sheep!
Obama Appoints two devout Muslims to home land security posts. Doesn't this make you feel safer already?

Obama and Janet Napolitano Appointed Arif Alikhan, a devout Muslim, as Assistant Secretary for Policy Development DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano swore-in Kareem Shora, a devout Muslim, who was born in Damascus, Syria, as ADC National Executive Director as a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC).

NOTE:  Has anyone ever heard a new government official being identified as a devout Catholic, a devout Jew or a devout Protestant...?
Just wondering.

Devout Muslims being appointed to critical Homeland Security positions?  Doesn't this make you feel safer already??  That should make our home land much safer, huh!!

Was it not "Devout Muslim men" that flew planes into U.S. buildings 8 years ago?  Was it not a Devout Muslim who killed 13 at Fort Hood?

There recently was an article in the  St. Petersburg Fl. Times. The Business Section asked readers for ideas on:  "How Would You Fix the Economy?"
I think this guy nailed it!
  _____

Dear Mr. President,

Please find below my suggestion for fixing America 's economy.  Instead of giving billions of dollars to companies that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan. You can call it the "Patriotic Retirement Plan":

There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force.  Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the following stipulations:

1) They MUST retire.  Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed..

2) They MUST buy a new American CAR.  Forty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed.

3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed.

It can't get any easier than that!!

P.S. If more money is needed, have all members in Congress pay their taxes...

Mr. President, while you're at it, make Congress retire on Social Security and Medicare. I'll bet both programs would be fixed pronto!
