I can not wait to see what his jobs plan will be in sept. Quite possibly most of his plans will not need authorization from congress.
The man has over 200 years of laws he could dig up and use for his purpose. Probably all the laws in the U.S. could take up all the space in a good sized library. Just needs a great research team if he does not already have a team to dig up the laws to his benefit.
