The satellites said GTFOO Irenes' way!   And then Irene said " you spoil all the fun!". Better safe, than drowned, electrocuted, or smashed to pieces. Mr. Earthquake on the other hand isn't t as visible to satellites.

Oh yeah it also told us how poorly data can be interpreted by the forecasters and the govts.. It is kinda like the lottery......................you can have all the data you want but you gotta wait for the lady to sing.

I wasn't taking my chances...I made sure I was overprepared for Irene. Mind you, all it could have been much worse, but only morons would take that chance.

If people say GTFOOTFW, then GTFOOTFW.....if you don't want to heed it and you die, you should expect no sympathy.
