happy new year and i hope you and i win more than we did this year.

i wrote about a month ago with a candian win. well i got the results of that deposit in US dollars. it was 20 and change. that was at the beginning of the month. i had an oregon mega win since that time. i then bought one last ticket for the year and it was a washington quinto ticket.

well on christmas day someone one that pot for 2.9 million dollars. it was a retired school teacher and i am very happy for him. i wish it was me. anyway more power to him. well it was my lucky day too. i won on that same day. seems i didn't get as big a piece as he did. i got a whopping $1.00. at least i end the year on a winning ticket.  a win is a win is a win baby.

well the goal was to get to 600 dollars in the ole lotto account. i had to go check it out by putting in all the money that i had on me in the account from lotto winnings. i put the future megabucks winning ($4) and the quinto ($1) winning. it took to me to a grand total of $598.46. i came so close to getting the goal of 600. i am so happy to be at that level. considering i don't go after the pick 3, 4, or 5. there were some good hits this past year.

the good hits started in the first month from canada with 77 dollar win. then i had 77 dollar hit from florida. several hits from powerball. i even had a few more hits off of the canadian super7. the single biggest hit i got was from canada. i hit for 149 dollars candian. i was originally aiming for 400 dollars this year. well the canadian hit blasted down that door in a big way. i am so happy about my canadian winnings. when my tickets come to an end i will be going up to get me another lotto ticket from them.

in the past years to get in the 300's was a good year. this might be a fluke but that's ok. it will spend well at the mall of america. i am making plans to go there for summer vacation. by that time it will be up to 600 with the interest. well for 2006 i am going to set my goal for this year to be                            600 Dollars!!!
