My comment is that if minorities and woman had always been included or gradually intergrated into the field without being FORCED to do so, maybe they would have had the years of qualifications and skills to help in the time of great need.

White men have always dominated in America, not just the FBI. So whose fault is it that our country is in such bad shape, the minority?

When you take the Rule by Law concept out of a civilization, it is doomed to collapse. When the leaders are allowed to break the laws it doesn't take long until the followers break the laws. Doesn't matter what color their collar is.
