After recent developments I wouldn't put too much faith in the courts. Nobody seems to be using the constitution anymore. Thomas Jefferson is having a s--t fit in his grave right now. He's spinning at about 1200 RPM's.

    But it's good to see that SOMEONE has the intestinal   fortitude to bring it into the courts.
