it's pretty obvious when it comes to Federal Reserve, but have you noticed the government association with some local banks.

for instance, back in my former State of Wisconsin, I lived in Waukesha, and there is a bank there that uses the city name and calls itself, Waukesha State Bank.

hmm, I did not know there was a 51st State called Waukesha.

look for more of these pseudo-State associations, you might find there are some other States we never heard of.
