Not sure about it yet, but if this concept works, it could be very powerful.

Needs more work on the logic and selection process.

It still relates to the Quantum Sums and works the Cube of it all in a slighty different way.

In addition, this concept is applicable across all finite distributions; at least from the early indications we've seen.

Initial results show this new Quantum Selection reacts instantly to changes in data, specifically changes in distribution data.

It will work starting a draw 0 and quickly adapt as more data is collected.

We'll keep on studying this new selection method.
