I will not miss her

In 2009 Snowe angered many in her party by being the only Republican to vote for Obama's signature healthcare reform bill in the Senate Finance Committee, saying she believed the process should move forward. However, she voted against the bill when it came before the full Senate.
Her vote in the finance committee opened the door for vote buying when it came time for votes in the house and senate.

Yep, and Susan Collins can hit the road too. I never thought much of either one. The dems could count on swinging both their votes in a pinch for votes.

Reminds me of Evan Bayh's exit; getting out while the getting is good -- early enough that most people will have forgotten about them by the time things really start to stink.
