They poll different people depending on what they want the results to be, in any given week. Otherwise the wild swings in the numbers week to week would mean the voters are a bunch of easily swayed flakes.

Rasmussen is usually reliable. They poll likely voters rather than registered voters or just adults. I'm glad to see Romney trounces Obama whether Paul is in or out as a 3rd party candidate. His support is evenly divided between the two parties. This is great news.
