South Carolina has the 2 code as lowest digit in a due situation.

I look at my software for the hit skip for this. I track my code box order or ascending order as some call it.

 I see that the 33 code pair in the 2 code combos is at 19 skips with a previous most out of 8 skips in the 2 code combos. Looks like I will be playing that one which I have predicted on the prediction board among todays plays.
