What Mr.Walpole meant to put in terms that Republicans and Conservatives can understand in a humerous way.

Folks this guy isn't that hard to figure out.
If you answer with sarcasm or facts that call him out, he answers with a flurry.
but , if NO one answers, his statements fades until he comes up with another approach of the same statement, or until someone disagrees with him.
Without acknowledgement He's dormant, with it he's all smiles.

The rabies infected MADpuppyDOG hasn't figured himsef out yet and yet he knows what others are all about!
He calls sarcasm and facts the same thing! DuuuuuuuuuuuH!
He answers MY facts with his sarcasm because he has no answer to THE FACTS but his sarcasm.
