it is an ingenious act.now some of us who do pay for insurance will have help to pay for the ones who don't.if they,uninsured,make more then 130% of poverty level,they have to buy some form of insurance,or pay a penalty,which might be more then the insurance.it's called a tax so it went through.i know pts. who come in making 50-100,000 dollars a year,and they say i don't have insurance,so they put them on medicaid.now that will stop!
