What a rotten day I had today

Got the parts for the over under washer dryer yesterday. Dryer barrel bearing and the plastic thing it sets into.
This morning around eight am I started taking the barrel out of the dryer. That was not too bad. Took off the bearing on the back of the drum and the plastic thing it sets into on the back wall of the dryer. I have done this before and knew it was going to be difficult to put back together.
Put the new plastic thing on the back of the back wall of the dryer. that took a little time. The difficult part is getting the bearing into the socket if you install it on the barrel first and try to slip it in the plastic thing. Tried that and gave up on that. So I mounted the bearing into the plastic thing not attached to the barrel. This is where the real difficult part comes in. Sliding the barrel into the unit and lining up the three screw holes for attachment. Tried it without additional support holding the barrel up in place. Got one screw in place but could not line up the other two holes for the screws. So I unscrewed the one screw and took it out. Got some old scatter rugs and made support for the barrel and slid that in. I figured the trick was before sliding the barrel in was to line up one hole on the bearing at 12 o'clock and turned the barrel so one hole lined up at 12 o'clock. There are three holes so two holes were like at 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock. Slid the barrel in and attached the screw at 12 o'clock being careful not to turn the barrel to much, Otherwise the bearing could rise up out of the plastic thing. Went pretty well that way.
Then I attached the belt and worked on getting the front door cover on which was a bitch also as the barrel needed to fit the front panel properly and then try to get the top rim where it belonged. got that done and finished the assembly.
Ended up with 6 hours of aggravation and a few tobacco chew breaks to spit out my anger. Checking the news occasionally.
Then I watched the house proceedings for awhile.

After I finished and settled down in about a half hour I was back to my normal self.
No more fights after that, little guy.
And we'll stop this effort to turn the whole country into another Detroit.
Take your psycho pills now and go to bed, little fella.
Scorpio - what happened to caring what's best for America.?
