Excerpt:
Here’s the process for how the fight will unfold, if Issa continues to move forward:
Issa’s committee will vote to hold Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. Then the contempt citation goes to the House floor for a vote, because only the full House or Senate can hold someone in contempt. It then goes to the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia to launch a criminal prosecution in federal court.
Comments
Looks like it does not go to the senate from the house.
With Criminal Contempt they'd have to get an attorney from the JD and have him go after his boss (yeah right) or an Independent Counsel and that process could take forever.

Todays SCOTUS ruling put obamacare back up front until the election. We know how the Obamacare debate came out in the 2012 election.
They are calling it the Obamatax now.
The dow dropped like a bomb when the ruling came out. Wait and see how many buisness's are gonna go Gault after this ruling.
I read one dems comment is that it is time to unionize the doctors now. That should go over big.
Obamacare is an albatross around the dems neck.
