The link is on drudge but I will post it here anyhow.
I read the first page and will read the rest tomorrow.
Sorta follows my line of thinking where tax code is suppose to originate according to the first page I read.

Interesting they went all the way back to the Stamp Act, and we know what that led to. Think they suspect to tree of liberty is getting thirsty?
