It could be that Roberts believes he made the right decision that the Affordable Care TAX is constitutional because it is a TAX. It matters not what Obama/Pelosi/Reid labeled it (regulating commerce because they did not want to admit that the mandate is really a TAX). Conservatives who are now castigating Roberts and whining about the decision need to step back and see how petty they look and sound; just like a liberal that still whines about Bush. It is unseemly and pathetic, really. Neither side wanted to address the issue of it being a TAX, which many conservatives argued that it was, until they didn't. Get over it! GROW UP and seize the golden opportunity that now presents itself.
