I thought they were going to wait at least until after election to backstab the GOP faithful. I've read a few people who opined that this new cash-grab would remain no matter who gets (s)elected.

yes,it's to stop the freeloaders on medicaid who really can afford health insurance,but rather have the tax payers pay.
