that's because he had it in massachusetts and didn't want it said he taxed people,but now sees the light and knows it's best for the country to get freeloaders on medicaid 30,000 and up to buy some form of insurance.

Masscare and obamataxcare are basically alike so their should be no disagreement between the two on healthcare. That kicks that out of the debate between the two.
Unless Obama continues to tout it is a penalty and not a tax.
Masscare is still a penalty.
Obamataxcare has been declared a tax.

They need to concentrate on helping the private sector grow, Private sector business accounts for 64% of new hires.
