I was just talking about jobs in cities yesterday not being there.
This program would have been very beneficial to those without transportation to access to jobs outside their area.
Why was this program scrapped?

Because i told you that the Senate Republicans blocked the bill. The Human Health people and the states tell them over and over to let go of some of the restrictions and let them help the people in their state and they won't do it. They have blocked this welfare reform bill, the jobs bill and the middle class businessman bill. Then they turn around and crap on welfare people with their campaigns to deceive.
