Put in from his taxable earnings what is allowable by law yearly. From there he can control the investments in the IRA.
Obviously he is good at investing and at making money.
Romney could have been doing this for years for him to accumalate a large fortune in this type of IRA.
Looks like congress will need to write new codes on IRAs. See how far that flies in congress. No doubt congress members know about this and use it.
Would piss Buffett and his money friends off too.
