Looks to me like his speech was written to reach out to the undecided voter.
Not very specific on what his plan is. Keep the undecided voter undecided and work on them with campaign speeches and political ads.
I see Emanuel is to set up a pac for campaigning. His pac ads should be a sight to see.

I see talk around the independent voter is going to decidee this election and they are going to work on them big time. Democrat and republicans both.
They best be carefull they do not get the decided voters to change their mind.

In 1995 in a landmark mortgage discrimination case, Obama sued banks to ease lending requirements so banks would approve subprime loans in Chicago.
