First will be a referendum on the repeal of Public Act 4 —the emergency manager law

Yep, it's really sad, the people in charge of the failing cities, for one are corrupt, two they are not very educated, three, they can continue to fool their constituents by using race and wealth warfare, and the sheeple will listen.
