Nearly half of American tax filers will pay no federal income taxes this year, according to data released by the Tax Policy Center.
Some 76 million tax filers, or 46.4 percent of the total, will be exempt from federal income tax in 2011

That percentage is from people WHO FILE TAXES.

Doesn't he know that the 47% of America that he hates so much pay other taxes and they include independent voters and undecided voters that he has been trying to get to vote for him.
He just lost most of them NOW.
They're Not going to vote FOR someone that hates them so much!
You retirees must be rich to make such a statement.
