Democrats cannot survive without annoying people -- it's their passion.
So if your dog is constantly humping your leg -- it's a Democrat.

My dog is a democrat on welfare courtesy of LBJ's War on Poverty.... he's lazy, won't speak English, won't work and sleeps 23 hours a day so I got him signed up
at the Greecifornia social services. I told the clerk that if non-citizens can get the goodies so can my dog. They agreed.
