I never knew this one.
I was pointing out after the 2008 electtion the districts that the dems won in 2008. Districts go big time blue surrounded by red districts.
Looks like I know why now.

Looks like we know why now complaints of voter impropriety in heavy blue districts fall on deaf ears at the RNC.
Dems have the heavy blue districts in their palm from challenges.
