Since this is an issue, why did the Republicans block the small business bill that would have prospered the small business, economy and created jobs? Why would they rather spend money on enforcement efforts rather than incentive.

I would need to look but I think the small business and job creation bills passed by the house have been setting on Harry Reid,s desk for quite some time.
