This is what the public sees.
What is going on in the back offices? I think Sotomayor and Kagan are using liberal bullying tactics to force the conservative justices to step down.
Obama wants to appoint more liberal justices so bad he can smell it. Sotomayor and Kagan came from the Obama gang.

If Obama gets to replace a conservative justice, we won't need Congress to write laws anymore cuz the SCOTUS will be doing it from the bench.
