Yeah, as outrageous as this stuff sounds, it's in Obamacare. You will be required to give all your banking information so Obama and his goons can just take what they say you owe for Obamacare any time they get ready, whether it's premiums or penalties. You WILL pay.
And anytime thereafter that they decide you need to chip in to help pay for something, they'll just take it.
