Looks like a lot of law to be sorted out by congress on this.

Supposedly there was an amendment to this piece of garbage which would allow anyone with a concealed carry permit from one State to travel concealed into any other State. And there would be nothing the other State could do to stop it.

Yeah, right. Even had that piece of toilet paper passed, I doubt if New York would be so tolerant of any other States' carry permit.
