He is setting up the republicans big time if immigration fails.

Just like Carney said yesterday on the sequester. Congress wrote the bill the republicans were in favor of it, congress is the one who needs to fix it.
But it was Obama's idea and he would not sign a bill recently for line item cuts which was offered by congress.
