Limited Government in Relation to The Constitution's Treaty Clause

excerpt:
The Constitution is the "supreme Law of the Land." It is controlling as to all officials of the three Branches of the Federal government--Executive, Legislative and Judicial--with regard to all of their pronouncements, actions, decisions, agreements and legislative Acts. Each of them is sworn, by oath of office, to support the Constitution only. To be valid, any treaty must be strictly in conformity to--free from any conflict with--the Constitution. A treaty is like a Federal law in this respect.

I think gun possession in the United States will hold up as long as the second ammendment is there.

Not enough people who have gun possession issues within their state governments are not suing the state or local laws enough to protect their rights.

I know that Democrats want to take my rights away.
I know that Democrats think they can take my rights away.
But there's a little problem.
Democrats didn't give me my rights.
So they got nothing to take away.
And I'll never give 'em up.

Join the NRA and have the NRA sue on your behalf.

Just like this anti religion group gets a complaint and sues.

Just had a discussion about that group. School prayer I think it was.

Nothing from nothing, leaves nothing, so I'll keep what was given to me. I think they can try to take mine, after I take theirs if they would like to try.     Heh,Heh,Heh,Heh...
